After the

Storm

***Mock up NOT to scale***

After the Storm was created quickly, allowing intuitive movement and gestural marks to guide the process. I used a palette of greyed-down colors to create a stormy, moody atmosphere, with abstract forms that suggest a landscape and distant horizon. Unexpected bright red marks introduce a sense of mystery — leaving the viewer to wonder if they represent lightning, fire, flowers, or something entirely imagined.
